ABILITIES:

• Levitation and flight - Nandor can hover in place and fly, apparently for as long as he wants.
  
• Shapeshifting - As an experienced and powerful vampire, Nandor can take certain other shapes at will. These other forms include: a bat (various sizes, a classic), a dog or wolf, and a bat-like monster.
  
• Hypnosis - Using the power of suggestion, Nandor can hypnotise mortal beings and convince them to do or believe whatever he wants. While powerful, he can't hypnotise multiple people at once. He also can't convince them to harm themselves or do anything they might not be able to do normally, or might not want to do (i.e. he can hypnotise someone into forgetting his name, but he can't convince someone they can fly). Nandor can also "communicate through the ether" and use his powers to call on a mortal and induce them to hear and obey him, no matter where they are.
  
• Healing / immortality - Nandor can easily heal from most minor wounds. Bigger or more serious wounds may incapacitate him and take more time to heal. He will also never age from the point at which he was turned into a vampire and, if not killed, can live forever.
  
• Vampire siring - If he wants to, Nandor can turn mortals into vampires by first drinking their blood, then giving them his own blood to drink. This will induce their death and turn them into a vampire.
  
• Enhanced strength, endurance, agility - Nandor can hit a punching bag hard enough to throw it into a wall with a single blow, can leap and climb with ease, and has far better than human stamina. He can lift and throw humans and other creatures around, apparently without effort.
  
• Pyrokinesis - Nandor's unique vampire skill -- with only the power of his mind, he can set light to objects and other creatures. This isn't always effective but it makes for an impressive party trick.
  
• Vapor form - Nandor can turn into mist. It's useful for getting under doors, less useful around air purifiers.

He's used to getting everything he wants whenever he wants it, up to and including having his hair brushed by his loyal familiar every night. He enjoys material wealth and having nice possessions and lots of gold and treasure, a requirement for any ruthless leader of men.
