OOC; Vampire & Hypnosis Opt In

As a very powerful vampire, Nandor has the ability to both turn other people into vampires and hypnotise human beings (and maybe other creatures) into doing his dark bidding. He also needs to drink human blood to survive.

If you would like your character to opt in to any of the above, please fill out the below forms and post them in a comment!

You can also opt in through discussion about a thread on Plurk or through other OOC channels, but a verbal opt in will always be required for the use of these powers in-game. He's not going to go around randomly drinking from people, that would be rude and messy.

BLOOD DRINKING

NOTE: Nandor cannot make anyone do anything they would strongly disagree with (i.e. he can't compel someone to hurt someone else/themselves if they don't want to).

SIRING

NOTE: this will be a PERMANENT change and will come with significant side effects, even before they become a fully fledged vampire. Any vampires sired by Nandor should follow the vampire lore established in the show/movie.

It's unlikely that Nandor will sire anyone unless under very extreme circumstances, but if you would like to fill out the form just in case, feel free.
